At NEEX Perfumery, we want you to find your signature scent with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unopened and gently tested fragrances. To ensure hygiene and quality, returned items must be in their original packaging and include all protective seals.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your NEEX account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your specific purchase.
Pack with Care
Securely place the fragrance bottle in its original designer box and use the protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old shipping marks are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
